Meet Kona, a sweet and gentle one-year-old lovebug who is ready to find his forever home. He is an incredibly affectionate companion who loves everyone he meets, welcoming visitors with an open and curious nature. He adjusted to his foster home instantly and will bring immediate warmth to your household.

This happy boy's absolute favorite things include chasing string toys (basically any toy that moves), watching television with his caretaker, and lounging in a window hammock, sunny chair, or kitty couch. Kona is a great eater who looks forward to his daily Greenies and Churu treats.

Kona is highly social and particularly loves the company of other felines. He excels at wrestling, racing around, and naptime with a kitty friend, making him an excellent match for a home with an existing cat. To wit, when Kona met the resident 4mos old kitten who was on high alert and hissing, Kona was calm and cool, just rolling around without a care. Later, when the door between them accidentally opened, Kona let the energetic kitten jump all over him and wrestle while being as gentle as could be.

He can thrive in either an active or quiet household. While he would likely be most happy with another playful cat around, his foster thinks he would also be content as an only pet receiving all of your love and attention. While Kona's compatibility with dogs or young children is unknown, he previously lived successfully with teenagers.
