Whistler - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Urbandale, Iowa

Whistler is a handsome black-and-white boy with a distinctive white nose, a sweet personality, and one seriously impressive purr motor!

Born around August 9, 2026, Whistler is the affectionate brother who loves being petted. The moment the attention starts, his purrs can practically fill the room!

Whistler is also a busy little guy. While he absolutely loves being petted, he's much too busy exploring and playing to sit still for long cuddles. He'd rather be right in the middle of whatever is happening, investigating toys, checking out his surroundings, and then coming back for more pets.

Whistler is sensitive around other cats and isn't comfortable around dogs, so homes with other animals will need to take introductions slowly and give him plenty of time to adjust.

He's a wonderful combination of playful, curious, and affectionate.
