Zapdos - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Syracuse, New York

Zapdos is a beautiful 4.5 month old little boy. He and his brother were rescued as starving kittens scrounging for food outside. I have been working on socializing them since the end of July, and although he still needs a little more time to fully come out of his shell, he will be able to do that once he is in his forever home with his new family.

I don't want to hold him back from finding the most perfect home just because he is not 100% trusting of humans yet. We are about 90% there! I am confident that once he gets into a home and realizes he is safe, he will become a snuggly boy.

He does love getting pets and getting affection, but he is not yet seeking it out entirely. He comes within a foot of our hands and so desperately looks like he wants pets, so if you are looking for a kitty to finish up the bonding process with you and you want a best friend forever, this is the guy for you!

He loves all of his kitty friends, but is old enough to be adopted by himself, so he does not need to be adopted with another cat or kitten if you wanted just one kitten.

Zapdos has been neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, tested negative for FELV/FIV, litter trained, and he is microchipped.
