Monty is a big, handsome, chunky boy who is so ready to be out of his cage and start his real life. He presses right up to the front, asking for attention, and you can tell he wants to be part of everything going on around him.

He enjoys affection and loves having someone give him attention, although he does have a few boundaries right now. He's still getting comfortable in his surroundings, so he just needs someone who will take the time to understand him and let him settle in at his own pace.

Monty is gentle, curious, and has such a sweet personality underneath it all. With a little patience and a loving home, we think he'll become even more comfortable and show just how special he really is.

Most of all, Monty deserves the chance to leave his cage behind and start the happy life he's been waiting for.
