Meet MichiMiau

MichiMiau spent more than a year surviving outdoors behind Whole Foods Market in Pembroke Pines. Once feral and cautious of people, she slowly learned to trust the humans who brought her food.

In June 2026, she was found beneath two abandoned cars with her five kittens. Skinny but devoted, MichiMiau never stopped caring for her babies and did everything she could to keep them safe and fed.

Now rescued by Saving Sage Animal Rescue, MichiMiau is showing everyone just how sweet she really is. She loves being petted, enjoys peaceful naps, and is a gentle, attentive mama who always keeps an eye on her kittens. She's comfortable around small dogs and is learning to enjoy the simple things-soft beds, gentle hands, full meals, and finally feeling safe.

All kittens under 4 months old must be adopted in pairs unless the adopter already has another cat at home.
