Espresso is a beautiful brown and black tabby male kitten with striking markings who is looking for a patient family to help him feel safe and let his true personality shine. While more comfortable than his siblings he does need time to adjust to new faces and places. While he may always be a bit scared of strangers, he blossoms beautifully once he feels secure. As he gets more comfortable in his new home, he will make a truly wonderful and loyal companion. Once he warms up he transforms into an incredibly sweet guy who loves attention and will happily soak up all the love and gentle chin scratches you can give. Espresso does not seem to mind being held, but might be a little uncomfortable being picked up at first. When first arriving at his new home, the best setup for Espresso will be a smaller, quiet room (like a bedroom or bathroom). This gives him a safe space where he won't feel overwhelmed, but keeps him accessible so his new owner can easily sit with him and pet him to build trust. He may do best in a home which is low-key and predictable where he can explore and adjust entirely at his own pace. His ideal adopter is someone who understands that his circle of trust is small but deeply rewarding to be a part of. Espresso is very playful and seems to enjoy all types of toys.

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, dewormed, flea-treated, microchipped, and have had all age appropriate vaccinations. Adoption fees are $125 for cats over 1 year old or $200 for 2 adults. Kittens under 1 year old are $150 or 2 kittens for $225. The fee for 1 adult and 1 kitten adopted together is $200.
