Trillium's journey began near the St. Jacobs Market area, where he and his family were spotted visiting a community cat feeding station. While this handsome boy was safely secured within days, his mama Magnolia and brother Thistle proved to be quite the trapping challenge! After more than a week of outsmarting the trappers, they were finally brought to safety together. Now, Trillium is discovering that indoor life has some pretty wonderful perks, and he's ready to find a forever family to help him continue to blossom.

Born around March 2, 2026, Trillium is a handsome, adventurous boy who enjoys exploring his surroundings, napping on cat trees, watching the world through the window, and curling up on anything soft and cozy. He's still learning that humans can be trusted, and quick movements can startle him, but his curious nature is helping him find his feet.

The way to this boy's heart? Lickable treats! Offer him a delicious snack, and you'll be rewarded with his excellent, wonderfully loud purr and the opportunity to sneak in some pets while he enjoys his treat. He's also a playful fellow who loves wand toys, chasing anything that moves, and romping around with his foster feline friends. He has made quick friends with every friendly kitty he's met!

Trillium will need a little patience as he continues building confidence with people, but he's already showing us what a lovely companion he could become.
