Naturally Peppy is a little shy at the shelter, but with some love and attention, he comes right out of his shell. He weighs 15 pounds, and would love a new home that would help him lose a couple of pounds slowly and safely to start his new life. Peppy is DECLAWED, so he must be an INSIDE ONLY kitty. He is up to date on shots, and is already neutered, so he can go to his forever home the same day he is adopted.
