THIS is the most special boy! If you know you know - black kittens sometimes come with the most sweet personalities! He WILL be in your arms in seconds. He is all over people, he loves kisses, getting picked up, playing, just any interaction you can think of he is DOWN for it! He is just so great, I don't know how to put it into words. He falls asleep upside down in your arms. I've foster failed 7 years ago on a boy with a similar demeanor as Bart and from experience can say - he WILL BE your best friend, he will be your everything actually, significant others learn to understand lol. We are here to ensure we get someone just as special to care for him! Someone who would have time and most importantly the heart with a space and readiness to accept such a huge lover!
He is neutered, microchipped, and has his one shot of FVRCP. He came to our rescue as a little incubator baby. We had to clear his coccidia and giardia before looking for his forever family. Now he is about 5 months old. Now he is on a special fiber food and his stools have come back clear from the vet tests but he is in the process of solidifying his stools a bit - the vet said nothing more than the fiber food is needed. His GI tract just needs extra nutrition after the medication so early in his life. We are looking for someone that would continue to feed him the same diet until no longer needed(a few months anticipated).
Bart is very special to us and some tearing up might be possible at the end - fair warning lol. If you are interested please send me a message telling me a little bit about yourself. A meet and greet would follow - it is about an hour long visit where you get to meet him (and other fosters) and see if you make a connection (impossible not to with him frankly). In the adoption meeting we would discuss his history, questions and details, and the adoption application.
