Leo

Adoption fee $225
Leo is a sweet little explorer with a cute pink nose, gentle heart, and curious mind. He may be a little shy when he first meets you, but once he feels comfortable, his playful and adventurous personality starts to shine.
Leo and his siblings, Jett, Mila, and Oliver, were found at just one day old after their young mom, Lucy, was abandoned. Lucy was still a baby herself, and thankfully, a Good Samaritan stepped in to bring the tiny family safely indoors and give them the care they needed.
Raised alongside an adult cat and a Husky, Leo has grown up learning that other animals can be wonderful friends. He and his siblings get along beautifully with other cats and love spending their days playing, wrestling, chasing toys, and exploring their surroundings.
Leo is naturally curious and loves discovering new things, but he approaches the world with a softer, more gentle personality than some of his siblings. He can be a little shy at first, so he’ll do best with a family willing to give him the time and patience to come out of his shell. Once he trusts you, you’ll get to see the sweet, playful kitten underneath that initial shyness.
And then there’s that adorable pink nose—just one more reason Leo is impossible to resist!
Leo must be adopted with one of his siblings or into a home with another playful young cat. He loves feline companionship and would thrive with a young kitty who can be his playmate, partner in mischief, and lifelong friend.
If you’re looking for a gentle, curious little soul who will reward your patience with trust, affection, and plenty of playful adventures, Leo could be the perfect addition to your family.
With his sweet nature and irresistible pink nose, Leo is ready to find a forever home where he can blossom.
The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.
All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. If they have been rescued as kittens under 4 months, they will not have a rabies vaccine. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped.
We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
