At 11.5 years young, Lover Boy has perfected the art of being the ultimate cuddle companion.

This sweet FIV+ gentleman may be missing a few teeth and always looks like he's carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders, but don't let his perpetually sad expression fool you—he's one of the happiest, most affectionate cats you'll ever meet.

If you're looking for a professional snuggler, you've found him. Lover Boy is happiest curled up beside his people, soaking up pets, giving endless cuddles, and reminding you that senior cats make the very best companions.

Lover Boy enjoys the company of other confident cats who can keep up with him. More timid feline friends may find him a little too enthusiastic, so he'd do best with a self-assured buddy.

He'd also be perfectly happy as your one and only, as long as he gets plenty of love, attention, and lap time.

Adoption fees are as follows: $175 for a single cat or kitten, $225 for a pair of cats or kittens.

When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.
