Top o' the mornin' to ye! I'm a handsome adult feller called Finnegan Finney, but folks just call me Finnegan. Lucky me! I was caught by a Preston woman on St. Patty's Day and spent a good while learning to live indoors and enjoying the comforts of a house. The main thing I am not a fan of is loud noises! I love raised beds and the trampoline that the family had. At first, I didn't leave the basement for three weeks! After being in survival mode, I was exhausted, a bruised and battered body and soul, but I got plenty of rest, good food to fill my belly, and the security of a tall cat tree, all of which helped me feel comfortable. I have begun to learn to cuddle and be affectionate. I love treats and have begun feeling more at ease approaching people to ask for them for the treats that I love. Now, thanks to the wonderful care I received, my kind, gentle spirit shines through. I will be a wonderful friend to some loving person who will recognize where I've been and who I can grow to be when I am nurtured and loved even more in my forever home.
