Why did the cow go to space? To see the moo-n, of course! I’m Bertha, one of seven kittens who came to Paws and Claws from a farm property near Elgin. My name means “bright joy,” and the moon and the stars do seem brighter in the countryside. Like the others, I am shy around new people and in new places, but after I warm up, I enjoy being petted. I am playful and active. I love wrestling and chasing, and I have a blast hitting toys around. I’d probably love to have a kitty friend to play with in my new home. You’ll love me to the moon and back when I go home to be your sweet Bertha kitten.
