Millie has been in foster care for over two weeks, and she's still spending most of her time hiding. But there's hope. She allows her foster to gently pet her, a little sign that she's beginning to trust and understand that loving hands can be kind.

Millie doesn't need someone to rush her. She needs someone who will be patient, quiet, and willing to let her set the pace. With time, love, and a safe place to call home, we believe Millie can come out of her shell and discover the wonderful life she deserves.
