Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption in Richmond, California

Emperor came to us dumped in a box out front (see picture in profile) along with a pile of food dumped on the ground. Scared and confused he made his way out of the box and to a hiding spot near our front entrance where our staff found him and brought him inside to safety!
Since Emperor was dumped, we do not know much about him yet. So far he proves to be an easy going guy who allows pets and handling.
