Orion - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Reisterstown, Maryland

Say hi to Orion!!

This sweet boy came into rescue back in August when he had a broken hind leg. A good Samaritan found him, limping outside and brought him to the vet, and he ended up with FRA. He's done 8 weeks of crate rest and his leg has healed and he's about ready to start finding his forever home!!

He is neutered, fully vaccinated, fully dewormed, flea treated, disease tested negative and microchipped. There is a possibility in the future as he gets older that he may get a little arthritis in the leg that was broken, as this tends to happen with prior fractures, but that's something our vet thinks will be way way in the future and nothing that joint supplements won't help.

Orion is very sweet and he loves playing with other cats. He should go to a home where there's at least another young, playful cat for him to have as a buddy. He is very food and treat motivated and he loves interactive toys. One of his favorite things to do during the day is lounge in the sun in front of a window or glass door.

Orion is a very laid-back cat and I think anyone would be lucky to give this boy a home.
