Butter Bean - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Raleigh, North Carolina

Like a character plucked from the pages of a heartwarming tale, I am Butter Bean, a young male cat with a spirit as warm and golden as my name suggests. I arrived at the shelter as a stray with a wounded leg, but my gentle nature has remained unshaken by my misfortune. I am remarkably social and affectionate, greeting everyone who approaches with eager meows and an irresistible charm. There is nothing I love more than attention and affection—I will happily roll onto my back for belly scratches, come when called, and shower my humans with all the love my resilient heart can offer. My story is one of resilience and sweetness, and I am eager to turn the page and begin a new chapter with you. Despite my current mobility challenges, I remain spirited and determined, able to navigate my world with remarkable adaptability. I am vocal and expressive, letting my people know exactly how much I appreciate their care and companionship. If you are looking for a devoted companion who will cherish every moment in your home, I would be honored to write the next beautiful chapter of my life with you.
How did I get here? Transferred from Durham APS where I was a stray.
