Just look at MJ now! It’s hard to believe that this sweet, playful girl was once a tiny, frail kitten with a very spicy attitude! She has grown so much, and while she’s still learning to trust people, she has come such a long way.

MJ is only about a year old, so she still has plenty of that fun kitten energy! She loves chasing wand toys, mice, pom-pom balls, and especially her favorite—the laser light! The moment she hears that laser come out, everything else stops. That little red dot has her COMPLETE attention!

Play is also the secret to MJ’s heart. It’s the best way to earn her trust and show her that people can be wonderful. She can still be a little nervous, but approach her low and slow, and she’ll happily accept your hand for pets. And she is slowly discovering just how wonderful snuggles can be.

MJ also loves keeping her foster siblings on their toes! Her very best friend is her foster brother, Chubby Checkers. He may be bigger and older, but MJ has absolutely NO intention of letting that stop her from wrestling him. She’s convinced that one of these days, she’s going to win!
