Meet MoonPie, a stunning all-white girl with one of the most unique features we've ever seen-her beautiful mismatched eyes.
MoonPie was originally adopted from Runaways Animal Rescue back in 2022, but sadly has found herself back with us through no fault of her own. After several years in a home, her owner decided she wasn't friendly enough to keep. The truth is, MoonPie is simply a cat who loves on her own terms.
She enjoys being pet and, according to her previous home, will happily sleep beside you every night. She loves companionship, just in a quieter, gentler way. MoonPie does not enjoy being picked up, and if you move too quickly toward her, she may run off to find a safe spot. But honestly... that's not unusual for cats.
Cats are individuals, just like people. Not every cat is outgoing, clingy, or constantly seeking attention, and that doesn't make them any less deserving of love. MoonPie deserves a home that appreciates her for exactly who she is and understands that perfection isn't the goal-love, patience, and acceptance are.
She may do best in a calm, quieter household, ideally without young children. While she may prefer being the only pet, she has previously lived with both another cat and a dog.
MoonPie is looking for her true forever home-one that won't give up on her simply because she has boundaries. She is worthy of love exactly as she is, and we know the right person is out there waiting for her.
