Leroy LOVES his people\. He will reach those little paws up to grab you because, obviously, you should be holding or petting him immediately\. He wants to be involved in everything and would happily spend his days soaking up every bit of attention you're willing to give\.

And considering everything this little guy endured as a neonate, his sweet personality makes him even more special\. Leroy bravely fought through it all, took his medications like a champ, and came out the other side ready to love everyone he meets\.

Leroy did have his ruptured eye surgically removed\. His remaining eye is scarred and has minimal vision, but he gets around wonderfully and doesn't let it slow him down one bit\. Because of his eye history, he may need eye drops in the future if his remaining eye becomes irritated or develops an infection\.

Leroy is looking for a forever family who understands that taking care of this special little guy means committing to yearly veterinary checkups and staying on top of his eye care if needed\.

He has already proven what a fighter he is\. Now all Leroy wants is a family who will love him as fiercely as he loves them\.
