Poe - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption

Poe is the tiniest, glossiest void currently haunting our rescue building. Found lingering near the dark woods by a real-life English teacher, this little shadow was quickly named after the master of the macabre himself. Though honestly, he is much more interested in chasing laser pointers and batting at invisible greebles than writing gothic poetry or brooding in corners. He is a certified cuddle-bug, 100% playful, and ready to bring a little literary magic—and a lot of chaotic kitten energy—straight into your heart.

The domestic short hair cat is a popular and diverse breed known for its unique personalities and low maintenance care. These cats come in various colors and patterns, with short, easy to manage coats that require minimal grooming. Domestic short hairs are friendly, adaptable, and make wonderful companions for individuals and families alike. They possess playful and affectionate qualities that endear them to many, making them one of the most beloved and widely adopted cat breeds worldwide.
