Scarecrow - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption

This brave little guy’s story started with a challenge before he was even born. After a fire displaced his mom, she had to give birth to her litter outside, leaving Scarecrow and his siblings to spend their first few months scavenging for food. Since being brought safely indoors with his brothers and sister, Scarecrow has shown incredible resilience. While the big transition made these babies very shy at first, he is really coming around and learning to trust. With some gentle pets, patient care, and a warm environment, we believe this sweet survivor will blossom into a deeply loving and grateful companion.

The Domestic Medium Hair cat is a versatile and beloved breed known for its medium length coat that comes in a wide range of colors and patterns. These affectionate and playful cats are often found in shelters, as they are not a recognized breed but rather a classification for cats of mixed ancestry. Despite their mixed heritage, Domestic Medium Hairs possess unique personalities and make wonderful companions for families and individuals looking for a loving feline companion.
