Pine stayed behind with his sister Ivy so she wouldn't have to heal up alone - and along the way he became the ultimate cuddle-bug. He loves sleeping snuggled up with his foster mom, and some nights he'll even climb up and curl up right on top of his favorite human's head at bedtime. He's deeply affectionate, an enthusiastic purrer, and thrives on close contact. Pine and Ivy have grown especially close during their extra bonding time, and he'd do best adopted together with her, or with another young cat by his side.
