Say hello to Phoenix, a handsome senior boy with soft grey stripes, soulful eyes, and a quiet, gentle nature. Shelter life has been overwhelming for him, so he preferred to stay tucked safely inside his kennel during photos — but even while shy, he showed how sweet he truly is.
