If you’re looking for a kitten who believes the best seat in the house is your lap, Arlo may be the perfect match.

This handsome little boy is black as midnight, with bright eyes and a wonderfully affectionate nature. He’s a true purring machine—offer him some attention and a comfortable lap, and his little motor will soon be running.

Like any kitten, Arlo is playful, curious and always ready for a little mischief. He’s comfortable around the other animals in his foster home and has developed a particular fascination with the resident Husky’s tail. He has even been known to successfully evict the Husky from the sofa. It’s all in good fun, although Arlo does seem especially pleased with himself when he wins!

Once playtime is over, Arlo’s cuddly side takes over. He loves being close to his people and is very happy to settle onto a lap and purr the day away.

Arlo is litter trained, well integrated with the other animals in his foster home and comfortable around visiting grandchildren. He’s also discovered the importance of good communication—especially in the morning. If everyone isn’t getting up and moving quickly enough, Arlo is more than happy to share his opinion!

At just 14 weeks old, Arlo has the perfect combination of affection, confidence, playfulness and just enough cheekiness to keep life interesting.

If you have an available lap, a sense of humour and perhaps a dog willing to surrender its spot on the sofa, Arlo would love to hear from you.
