Hamm is living proof that bigger really is better! This extra-large boy has an even bigger personality when it's playtime. Wave a wand toy, and watch out... Hamm comes barreling through with joyful determination, sending the other cats politely stepping aside to let the big guy have his fun! While he's still a little tentative around people after everything he's been through, he's making wonderful progress every day. As his confidence grows, we're seeing more of the playful, lovable cat that's been waiting to shine. We know Hamm will make an incredible companion for the family lucky enough to call him their own.
Our "Toy Story" crew is part of a large group of cats rescued from a local hoarding situation where they endured neglect, hunger, and lack of basic care. Many arrived underweight, with dirty coats, untreated medical issues, and little energy after simply trying to survive.
Some of our Toy Story characters are still recovering, resting, and building back their strength before they'll be ready for adoption. Others are already beginning to show their playful personalities as they discover full bellies, soft beds, and the simple joy of feeling safe.
Their names, inspired by the beloved characters from Toy Story, couldn't be more fitting. Just like the movie, these cats are learning that they are cherished, that they belong, and that the best adventures are still ahead of them.
All of our adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative, vaccinated, dewormed, and flea treated.
