Meet Gizmo!

Gizmo is an adorable 6-month-old kitten who was born to a calico mama on the streets. He is playful, energetic, curious, and very food-motivated—treats are a great way to win him over!

Gizmo loves chasing rolling balls, playing with wand toys, and wrestling with kicker toys. He also enjoys being brushed and may roll from side to side or even lick your hand. Sometimes he gets a little overstimulated and playfully grabs at the brush.

Gizmo gets along wonderfully with his siblings and enjoys playing, cuddling, and showing them affection. He can be cautious around unfamiliar people or situations, but once he feels safe, his curiosity takes over and he comes closer.

Gizmo would do best with an experienced cat owner who has time to play with him and help build his confidence. He would also thrive in a home with another friendly young cat to be his playmate and buddy.

All Bronx Tails cats are spayed/neutered (when age appropriate), vaccinated, tested for Feline AIDS and Feline Leukemia and are litterbox reliable and loving toward people.

We require adopters to fill out an application, have basic references checked, allow a home visit and video tour (to ensure conditions are safe and reasonable), and pay an adoption fee. We allow all adopters an up-to-2-week-long tryout period to determine if the cat(s) is a good match for them. If not, we will retrieve the cat(s) and return the adoption fee in full. We will also help with tips and methods for introducing the cat(s) to other pets, if needed.
