Né en juillet 2025, tout comme ses frères Coconut et Noisette, Litchi est un magnifique chaton roux blond à poils mi-longs, au pelage incroyablement doux et soyeux.

Plus timide que ses frères, Litchi a tendance à rester en retrait, préférant observer son environnement avant de s’y engager. Malgré sa réserve, il semble apprécier la compagnie des autres chats et n’hésite pas à partager de doux moments avec eux, comme se rouler ensemble dans l’herbe à chat.

Litchi a eu un peu plus de difficulté à s’adapter à son arrivée au refuge, mais il progresse à son rythme. C’est un joueur modéré : il préfère souvent regarder de loin... jusqu’à ce que sa curiosité prenne le dessus. Il sait aussi charmer les bénévoles avec ses beaux yeux doux et son long plumeau élégant.

Il peut parfois avoir tendance à mordiller, parfois un peu fort, surtout lorsqu’il devient surstimulé. Ce comportement n’est pas mal intentionné, mais il sera important de lui apprendre à ne pas jouer avec les mains. Il faudra plutôt rediriger son énergie vers des jouets qui permettent de garder une certaine distance.

Litchi aura besoin d’un foyer patient et attentif, prêt à respecter son rythme et à l’accompagner en douceur dans son développement, idéalement avec la présence d’un autre chat pour le rassurer.

Il est toutefois déconseillé pour de jeunes enfants, car il peut être facilement surstimulé, et nous souhaitons éviter tout risque d’accident.

Litchi est un chaton donc les frais d'adoption pour lui sont de 340$. Il est stérilisé, vacciné et micropucé. Il est négatif pour le virus de l'immunodéficience féline (VIF) et pour la leucose féline (FeLV).

Des assurances santé de 6 semaines viennent avec son adoption. Vous pourrez avoir recours à l'aide de l'équipe des adoptions aussi longtemps que vous en aurez besoin. Born in July 2025, like his brothers Coconut and Noisette, Litchi is a beautiful ginger-blond kitten with medium-length fur that is incredibly soft and silky.

More timid than his brothers, Litchi tends to hang back, preferring to observe his surroundings before getting involved. Despite his reserved nature, he seems to enjoy the company of other cats and happily shares gentle moments with them, such as rolling together in catnip.

Litchi had a bit more difficulty adjusting when he first arrived at the shelter, but he is progressing at his own pace. He is a moderate player who often prefers to watch from a distance—until curiosity gets the better of him. He also knows how to charm the volunteers with his soft, expressive eyes and his long, elegant plume-like tail.

He may sometimes have a tendency to nibble, occasionally a bit hard, especially when he becomes overstimulated. This behavior is not meant to be aggressive, but it will be important to teach him not to play with hands and instead redirect his energy toward toys that create some distance.

Litchi will need a patient and attentive home, ready to respect his pace and gently support him as he continues to grow and gain confidence, ideally with the presence of another cat to reassure him.

He is not recommended for homes with young children, as he can become easily overstimulated, and we want to avoid any risk of accidents.

Litchi is a kitten so the adoption fees for him are $340. He is sterilized, vaccinated and microchipped. He is negative for the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and for the feline leukaemia virus (FeLV).

Health insurances are offered for the first 6 weeks following adoption. You will also have access to the help of the adoption team as long as you need it. You will also have access, for the first month following adoption, to a 30 minutes video consultation with our cat behaviour consultant FelineGood
