Gumball is a handsome two-year-old brown tabby with a big heart and so much affection to give.

Found as a stray, Gumball knows what it means to face the world without a home or a person to call his own. Despite that uncertain beginning, he has held on to his loving spirit and his desire to connect. Now he is searching for the forever home he deserves—a place where he will never again wonder where he belongs, and where every day brings the comfort, attention, and affection he has been waiting for.

Super sweet and people-oriented, he lights up when someone gives him attention and would love a home where he can feel included, cherished, and close to his person. He is an expert biscuit maker, happily kneading away whenever he feels safe, content, and loved. More than anything, Gumball wants companionship. He seeks out affection and has all the makings of a devoted lap cat—one who will happily curl up beside you, soak up every gentle pet, and remind you how wonderful it feels to be truly needed.

*** Gumball is hoping to find a compassionate adopter - when se first arrived at NAWS, he was diagnosed with a level III/VI heart murmur. He is hoping to find an understanding adopter that will love him regardless. It is recommended that he be evaluated by a full-service vet to determine the underlying cause of the murmur and to determine if any specific plan of care is necessary. ***

If you have room in your heart and time to share, Gumball is ready to give you his whole heart in return. Choose him, love him, and let this affectionate boy become the loyal companion he is longing to be.
