Rory is an adorable 8-week-old Domestic Shorthair kitten with a striking black-and-white coat and a personality as charming as her looks. This sweet girl is full of kitten energy and loves spending her days playing, exploring, and discovering new adventures.

Currently in foster care, Rory is thriving in a home environment and is ready to find a forever family of her own. Because kittens benefit greatly from feline companionship, Rory cannot be adopted as a single kitten. She must be adopted into a home with other young, playful cats or go home with another kitten so she can continue to grow, play, and socialize.

Rory is a spayed female and is eager to bring fun, affection, and plenty of purrs to her new family. If you'd like to meet her, please submit an application through our website, and we'll arrange a visit with her foster family.

At the Humane Society of Midland County, all animals adopted will be spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations prior to an adoption. Dogs over 6 months of age will be heartworm tested, and any dog with a positive test will receive treatment at No Appointment Needed to Meet Adoptable Animals!
We have open adoption hours, and walk-ins are always welcome! While filling out an application lets us know you're interested in adopting, it does not hold an animal, and applications are not required to meet the available animals. We do highly recommend and may require you to bring any dogs that reside in the same household, or that will be around commonly if you are meeting a new dog companion.
