Silver McKenzie (Stormy kitten) - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Merrifield, Virginia

Meet Silver!

Date of Birth: April 27, 2026
Gender: Female

Silver is a beautiful gray tabby kitten with a playful spirit and a personality as bright as her name. She came to 4 Paws with her mom, brother, and sister after a friend of one of our rescuers in Maryland could no longer afford to care for the little family.

The most independent of the three kittens, Silver is always ready for her next adventure. She loves wrestling and chasing her siblings, and she's incredibly fast when the zoomies kick in! Her absolute favorite toy is a wand toy, and she'll happily leap and pounce as she chases it around. When she's ready to take a break from playtime, Silver enjoys getting pets and attention from her favorite people.

Like any healthy kitten, Silver is active, curious, and full of energy. She does well with children and would love a home where she has plenty of opportunities to play. Although she hasn't been around adult cats yet, we expect she would do well with a friendly, cat-savvy feline after a proper introduction. Silver would love to be adopted with one of her siblings but could also go to a home with another kitten or active young cat. She will be ready to bring fun, affection, and plenty of entertainment to her forever family!

Silver has received her age-appropriate vaccinations, is microchipped, and has tested negative for FeLV/FIV. Silver will be spayed prior to joining her new home.

4Paws will only consider local adoptions (Northern VA / DC / MD metropolitan area)
