Meet Rocket who is ready to blast off into his forever home!
Rocket is a handsome little boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is curious, playful, affectionate, and always ready to see what adventure is waiting around the corner. Rocket had a difficult beginning. His mama was abandoned, and despite everything she had been through, she did an amazing job raising Rocket and his eight siblings. Thankfully, their little family was rescued, and given the love, care, and safe place they deserved. Rocket has grown into a happy, healthy, playful kitten who is now ready for a forever family of his own.
He loves exploring, playing with his siblings, and showing off his sweet personality. After starting life with such in a certain future, rocket deserves a family who will cherish him and give him all the love he has been waiting for.
If you're looking for a playful, loving, little companion, with an incredible beginning, and a bright future ahead, Rocket might be your perfect match. Rocket is ready for his forever home and his next great adventure!
Please note that Rocket will need to be adopted with one of his siblings or be adopted by a family who has a kitty close to the same age.

South County Cats is a volunteer-driven, IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our kittens are fostered in volunteers' homes. Most kittens come from rescue situations and some are not suitable for young children. ALL kittens must be adopted in pairs or to a home with another young cat or kitten. Please see our Adoption Policies at http://www.southcountycats.org/scc-adoption-policies where you can also find our Adoption Application. Please ask us about our policies if you have questions.
Adoption donation - $140 (cash)/$145 (Venmo) for kittens and $80 (cash)/$85 (Venmo) for adult cats and kittens over six months old. This helps cover the spay or neuter and care of this kitten and the spay or neuter of its mother and other household/yard cats to stop the uncontrolled breeding that leads to overpopulation and homelessness. Adopted cats and kittens MUST go home in a secure carrier, no cardboard boxes.
Our adoption application can be found at https://form.jotform.com/200017468978059. Applications are reviewed in the order received. Please email us at sccadopt@gmail.com for more information.
Please note that this cat or kitten may have an adoption application pending. Adoptable pet listings are not removed until the adoption has been finalized. Pets are removed from the adoptable list as soon as possible after adoption.
