DESCRIPTION
Mildred is a distinguished senior lady who knows exactly what she likes: a peaceful home, a cozy place to nap, and a good window where she can keep an eye on the world. While she's a very sweet girl, she does have a bit of a crabby streak from time to time-she's earned the right to be opinionated after all!
Mildred came to us with her sister, Gertrude, and has experienced a few health ups and downs along the way. Because of this, she is looking for an adopter who is comfortable caring for a senior cat and committed to staying on top of her veterinary care. We recommend routine screening bloodwork, including a T4 (thyroid) test, to help monitor her health as she ages.
This lovely lady also gets some eye crusties that will need regular gentle cleaning to keep her comfortable. Thankfully, she doesn't ask for much beyond that and appreciates a calm, predictable routine.
Mildred may not be the kitten she once was, but she has plenty of love left to give. If you have a soft spot for senior cats and are looking for a companion to share quiet afternoons and sunny windowsills, Mildred could be the perfect addition to your family.
