Cocoa - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Las Vegas, Nevada

Meet Cocoa

Sweet Cocoa is still warming up to the world, but this little girl has so much potential!

At 4-months old, Cocoa is curious, playful, and learning that people can be a good thing. She's shy, but not spicy, and she'll need a patient adopter who can give her time to feel safe and start trusting her new family.

Cocoa came to us alongside her siblings, Bean, Pepper, and Olive. All four are making a start on their socialization journey, and they're accepting of little humans, too! They may not be ready for all-day snuggles just yet, but they're darling kittens with plenty of room to grow into confident companions.

The secret to helping Cocoa blossom? Take it slow. Set her up in a small, safe space with a cozy hiding spot, spend time nearby, and invite her to play with toys or come closer for treats. Let her set the pace. Every positive interaction helps her learn that she can trust you.

Cocoa would love a calm, indoor home with someone who celebrates the little victories along the way. She'd be wonderful adopted with a sibling, but she can also be adopted separately.

Could you be the person who helps Cocoa come out of her shell? Come meet her at Homeward Bound Cat Adoptions!
