Elegant, sophisticated and perhaps just a tiny bit judgmental, 3-year-old Emily is ready to retire from motherhood and enjoy the finer things in life!

After raising her kittens, Emily is officially done with mom duties and ready to be the one getting spoiled for a change. She's a loving, affectionate girl who enjoys spending time with her people and soaking up attention.

As a former indoor/outdoor cat, Emily especially loves watching the world outside. Give her a sunny window, a comfortable perch and a nice breeze coming through the screen, and she's in heaven!

And yes, she does enjoy sitting on high surfaces and looking down at everyone as though she's silently evaluating their life choices. But honestly, it just adds to her charm.

Emily has lived with children and has been very tolerant of them, making her a wonderful potential companion for a family.

Pair of altered kittens - $220
Cat 6 months or older - $75
Senior cats 8 years or older- $50

Adoption fees cover the cost of care and veterinary services.

All adoptable cats have received:
Spay/neuter surgery
Distemper vaccine
Rabies vaccine (if over 16 weeks old)
De-wormer and flea prevention medication
Veterinary exam
Test for FIV and FeLV
Microchip

ADOPTION PROCESS
1. Review our adoption contract and application.

2. Call your vet and references to inform them that a rescue representative will be calling.

3. Submit an application, including the cat's name that you are interested in or description of what you are looking for.

4. You will be notified of the outcome of your application within 1-3 days.

5. If approved, you will be introduced to the foster to schedule a meeting within 5 days. Guidelines for the meeting are:

- Bring a carrier and be prepared to take the animal home directly from the meeting.

- Please be prepared to submit the adoption fee via electronic payment at the meeting.

- If all goes well, the cat will go home with you directly after the meeting. If you are not ready to adopt at the conclusion of the meeting, please understand that we may process other applications for the cat. Because we have a limited number of foster homes, we cannot hold cats past adoption.
