Adi — The Scrappy Survivor Turned Social Butterfly
Adi's story starts on an oak-lined Houston street, where she and her four siblings were rescued by some very kind humans. At barely 2 lbs, Adi had opinions about the whole situation — mostly about food, and mostly along the lines of more, please, immediately. Once her belly was full and she realized she wasn't being evicted from existence, Adi settled into life with the swagger of a kitten who'd already survived the hard part.
The resident cat wasn't so sure about her at first — a 48-hour cold war that ended with the two of them napping in the same sunbeam. Now they run the household together like a well-oiled chaos machine. The dogs got the same treatment: skepticism turned quickly into full-blown friendship, and Adi is now fluent in play, cuddles, and making sure everyone in the house is included in the fun.
Adi is litter box trained, great with other cats and dogs, and looking for a family who wants a velcro kitty ready to bond hard and love harder.
Good with: dogs, other cats/kittens, families who want an affectionate, food-motivated sidekick
