Meet Uncas!

Named for the Last of the Mohicans because he was the last of his siblings & hardest to catch. Uncas is now 4 months old. He was born in a plant nursery that sounds beautiful and looks beautiful, but it’s not a safe place for Kittens and Cats to live. It is full of machines and chemicals, such as fertilizers and sprays. He learned early to be cautious.

Now, he’s safe and slowly learning that people can be kind. He takes his time, but when he accepts a treat, he makes biscuits to say thank you. Uncas would thrive in a calm, patient home that gives him space to trust at his own pace. He’s looking for a family who sees the quiet bravery in him and wants to help it blossom. Uncas is gentle, but he is timid so he will need time and patience to learn that he is safe and loved.

If you can be patient with him until your kindness wins him over, you will have a lifetime of love and cuddles from a beautiful deserving Kitty
