Josie's story began in late May, when two young boys spotted a tiny kitten in a drainage ditch in Caledonia, MS. They scooped her up and got her to safety, giving her the chance at the life she deserves.

Josie is a sweet, tenderhearted kitten who's still learning that the world can be a safe place. She's a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her gentle nature shines. She prefers quieter environments and would do best in a home without young children who make sudden, startling noises.
