This spunky young adult is ready to bring fun and personality to her forever home. After raising her kittens, Harmony is embracing a life filled with toys, scratching posts, sunny naps, and her favorite hobby: supervising the backyard birds from the comfort of a window perch.

Harmony's most charming quirk is that she likes to be asked before being pet. Simply offer your hand, let her sniff, and she'll let you know if she's in the mood for affection. Think of her as that friend who appreciates good manners and personal space. She's not shy or aggressive—just delightfully opinionated.

Because she's accustomed to living with other cats, Harmony must be adopted into a home with a friendly feline companion. She would likely do well with respectful children who enjoy interactive play and will let her set the pace for affection.

Harmony came to us as part of a large rescue effort in rural Mississippi, where several nursing moms worked together to raise and care for their kittens. Even now, Harmony still keeps a watchful eye on the youngsters, grooming them and joining in their play. After spending so much time caring for others, she's ready for a family of her own.

All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
