Meet Dori!
Sweet, gentle, and quick to purr, Dori is a little sweetheart whose playful side shines as soon as she feels comfortable. She may take a moment to look around and observe in a new environment, but she warms up quickly once she knows she's safe. Then the fun begins! This darling girl becomes a playful, entertaining companion with plenty of love to share.
Dori is a silky-soft calico with a uniquely cute feature: a bobtail—almost no tail at all! She came from a large outdoor cat colony and is now ready to find a loving forever family.
Cats: Dori loves other friendly felines and would thrive with a cat buddy.
Dogs: She is comfortable around cat-friendly dogs.
Children: She hasn't spent time around children yet, but a home with gentle, respectful kids could be a good fit with patient introductions.
Give Dori a little time to settle in, and you'll get to discover the sweet, playful girl behind that thoughtful first impression.
Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only.
All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
