Cash, born approximately 6/21/2026, is a handsome little heartthrob who discovered that love is way better than hissing.

With his sleek blue gray coat, velvety fur, soulful silver eyes, and perfectly boopable charcoal nose, Cash looks like he walked straight out of a kitten calendar. His long legs, oversized ears, and impossibly sweet face make him impossible to resist and somehow he knows it.

When Cash was first rescued, he was a tiny frightened feral kitten convinced the world was a scary place. But it took only two magical ingredients to change his mind, cuddles and Churus. Once he realized people came with gentle hands, warm snuggles, and tasty treats, his little walls came tumbling down almost overnight.

Now Cash is an attention obsessed love bug who happily chirps for affection and wants to be wherever his people are. He is wonderfully vocal, eager to be picked up, and more than happy to melt into your arms while soaking up all the love he can get. He has traded hisses for purrs and has not looked back.

Cash is still discovering just how wonderful life can be, and every day his confidence grows a little bigger. Beneath his affectionate nature is a playful, curious little guy who is ready to blossom into the fearless main character he was always meant to be in a forever home filled with patience, love, and plenty of cuddles.

Adopting from Sheets Pet Adoption is simple! Request an application, answer a few follow-up questions, then when your application is approved, we set up a meet-greet. The application helps us guide you to your best match. If we do not have your best match, we can refer you to other great rescue groups.

Our adoption fee is $100 for each cat 6 months and older, $150 if you adopt two 6+ month-old cats at the same time. $125 for each kitten, $200 for two kittens adopted at the same time. That fee includes spay or neuter, microchipping (we register the chip for you), testing for FeLV (Feline Leukemia) and/or FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), current, age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment and deworming. All adoptees receive an exit exam from one of our veterinarians before going home.

NO RISK! Adoption fee is refundable for two weeks to make sure you've found a match for your household. Even after two-week period, we'll take the adopted cat back for any reason.

Come to our adoption fairs, held every second and fourth Saturday at Sheets Pet Clinic (809 Chimney Rock Court, Greensboro, NC, 27409) from 1-3pm, unless the Saturday falls on an observed holiday. At the clinic on those days, you can visit sometimes 40 kittens/cats at one time, interact with them in a quiet environment, spend as much time as you like with them in exam rooms.
