Domestic Short Hair Cats Available for Adoption in Granville, Ohio

Cheese is a tabby sweetheart who quite literally found his way to kindness. He wandered onto a welcoming porch, thin and hungry-but more than anything, starving for love. Instead of running, he stayed close, asking for attention with soft eyes and gentle nudges, as if he knew he'd finally found someone who would care.
Now safe and getting the nourishment he's been missing, Cheese is showing just how affectionate he truly is. He leans into every pet, happily soaks up attention, and has a quiet, grateful way about him that's impossible to ignore.
Cheese didn't just stumble onto that porch by accident-he was searching for a second chance. And now, this sweet boy is ready to turn that moment into a forever home filled with full meals, warm naps, and all the love he's been waiting for.

All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We also have a cat cafe full of friendly, furry faces -- Whiskers Catnip Cottage in Granville!

We make no breed guarantees; we are a rescue, not a breeder. Please apply only if you are committed to adopting! Our workers are all volunteers and it takes time to process applications. We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
