Badger - Domestic Short Hair Cat Available for Adoption in Granville, Ohio

Badger is a big, burly boy with a sturdy frame and a face that says "tough guy"... until you meet him. Found as a friendly stray, he clearly chose people long before people chose him-walking right up for attention like he'd been waiting his whole life for a soft place to land.
Despite his rugged good looks, Badger is all heart. He leans into pets with his whole weight, rumbles with a deep, content purr, and has a way of making himself right at home wherever the love is. He's the kind of cat who will follow you from room to room, just happy to be part of your world.
Badger may have spent time out on his own, but those days are behind him now. This gentle giant is ready to trade street life for couch naps, full meals, and a forever home where he can finally just be someone's big, lovable shadow.

All cats adopted through our rescue are age appropriately vaccinated including rabies & FVRCP/Feline Leukemia vaccines, dewormed & free of fleas, combo tested (negative unless otherwise noted), microchipped and spayed/neutered before adoptions are finalized. We also have a cat cafe full of friendly, furry faces -- Whiskers Catnip Cottage in Granville!

We are a registered, volunteer run 501c3 non-profit organization.

We do have the ability to fly a cat or pair of kittens via Southwest's SWATT program to any location served by Southwest Airlines. It isn't free but has been a great way to transport animals in a timely manner.
