She's a bit sweet and a bit sassy - meet Sour Patch Kid!

Sour Patch Kid is a delightful mix of cozy companion and curious explorer. This little girl loves to be pet, but she is also very curious and loves exploring her foster room and finding the oddest nooks and crannies to take a nap in. Even though she enjoys being pet, she can get overstimulated and let you know she is all done with a loud hiss. As long as her boundaries are respected, she is very sweet! Another one of her favorite pastimes is flopping dramatically onto her back and rolling around on the floor. She enjoys companionship but doesn't need constant attention - she will come up and rub between your legs when she is ready for some lovin' and retreat to her cozy spots when she is ready for a break.

Sour Patch Kid also loves a good bird-watching session. She could stare out the window for hours. When she's ready for playtime, her absolute favorite toy is a string on a wand to chase around. She also loves a big plushie catnip toy or a plastic spring to bat around the room. She is somewhat playful and will require some daily activity to make sure she gets all her wiggles out. And when it comes to mealtime-Sour Patch Kid is a big fan of wet food. Crack open a can and you'll have her full attention.

Sour Patch Kid is independent and confident, making her a great fit as a solo cat, but she has also gotten along well with other cats while in foster. She has met a dog while in foster and preferred to keep her distance but could peacefully coexist with a canine sibling with slow proper introductions. Because Sour Patch can get overstimulated, she would not do well with young kids but could do well with older kiddos - she is still learning what items are toys and what are to be left alone!

Sour Patch is estimated to be 2 years old. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea treated, dewormed, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If you're looking for a quirky cat to play with and then settle down in a window seat, Sour Patch could be the girl for you!
