He is not the outgoing type, but he will let you approach him and pet him on his head and neck. He loves being loved on all over with a back scratcher, and will sit as long as you are willing to give him attention.

Mackey would be best suited in a home that allows him to have his own space, and to quietly observe you from afar. He enthusiastically accepts Churus from your hand! If given the proper time, he may come around to be more outgoing, but an adult-only home or a home with older kiddos would likely be the best fit.

Mackey lives with a sweet, and also shy, tortie girl (Petunia). They adore each other and are constantly at each other's side sleeping, grooming, and playing. They can typically be found snugging in the cat tree cubby together and would love to be adopted as a pair.
