Chai - Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in Fredericksburg, Virginia

Chai is a sweet, small tabby girl who was found by Furever Home Animal Rescue volunteers with a severe eye infection. Ultimately, her one eye could not be saved but she doesnt let that slow her down one bit! Shes full of playful kitten energy and is fully healed and cleared by the vet to run, jump, and climb with her brother Earl and sister London. She loves to play followed by long naps and cuddles with her foster mom.

Chai is about 10 weeks old and weighs less than 2lbs as of 6/29. She has had one round of FVRCP vaccine. She will need 2 more FVRCP vaccines and a rabies vaccine by the time she is 4 months old.

If adopted before 6 months old and the remaining vaccines are completed, adopters are required to complete the vaccines and spay surgery at their expense. Furever Home Animal Rescue can recommend low-cost vaccination and spay clinics in DC, MD, and VA.

Chai would do best in a home with another young kitten or with someone who is home with her often so that she learns valuable socialization skills.
