Francis didn't have the easiest start in life. He spent his first couple of years living in a garage with very little human interaction or affection. Because of this, he's still learning that being loved and cared for is something he can count on. He isn't comfortable being picked up and can be startled by sudden movements, but in a calm, patient home, his beautiful personality blossoms.
A little about his health: Francis has been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy, a heart condition that is currently not causing him any symptoms and does not require medication. He is neutered, fully vaccinated, and FIV/FeLV negative.
Francis isn't looking for a perfect home. He's looking for HIS perfect person. Someone who understands that trust takes time, who will celebrate his little milestones, and who will give him the peaceful, loving life he has always deserved.
