Meet Russella - Kitten With a Comeback Story
Her story begins on Russell Street in Detroit, where this sweet girl was found over the summer in need of medical attention. Thankfully, a kind FCS volunteer and foster stepped in, pulled her from the street, and whisked her straight to the animal hospital to get the care she needed.
Russella has come a long way since then. She's been settling into foster life alongside Pebbles, Perlah, and Robby, and while she's still a little shy, she's slowly discovering that people can be trusted—and that life can be pretty wonderful when you're safe and loved.
Russella is a gentle girl who takes her time warming up. But once she trusts you, you'll see the sweet kitty underneath that timid exterior. And there's a playful side to this girl, too! In fact, playtime may just be the way to win her heart.
Russella had a hard beginning, but that doesn't have to be the rest of her story. She's learning to let her guard down, one little step at a time, and we can't wait for the person who will give her the patience and love she needs to blossom.

Applications for single kittens will not be considered. Kittens thrive in pairs or with other furry friends due to their high level of energy.
$200 adoption fee, which includes all vet records. FCS will schedule spay and rabies with adopter at a partnering veterinary clinic, which is mandatory for adoption.
