At 9 years old, Winston is very much in his “peace and comfort” era. He’s a sweet, gentle soul who can be nervous in new situations and needs a calm, patient home willing to let him settle in at his own pace. He’s not the kind of cat who bursts into a room demanding attention — he’s the kind who quietly watches from a safe perch, slowly deciding that maybe, just maybe, you’re one of the good humans.

And once you earn that trust? Winston absolutely melts.

He adores pets and will happily purr and headbutt your hand to make it crystal clear that the petting session is not over yet, thank you very much. His favorite routine involves lounging somewhere up high with a nearby window, supervising the birds, squirrels, and neighborhood activity between snack breaks and cuddle requests.

While Winston does well with other cats, he would not be comfortable around dogs or children. He prefers a calm environment where he can truly relax and feel safe.

Health-wise, Winston has had a full senior diagnostics panel, and the results show he’s a healthy guy overall. He recently had three teeth removed and may eventually need a full dental within the next year to keep the rest of his teeth sparkling and comfortable.
