Very Affectionate, Loving, Friendy, Sweet Kitty - Has Medical Needs

Good with dogs? Fairen has met a large, energetic, cat-friendly dog and was wary at first, but is fine now and walks around the dog without fear. She would probably prefer smaller, calmer dogs, but can likely co-exist with any dog as long as they are cat friendly.

Good with cats? Yes, Fairen came from an outdoor cat colony, so she is well socialized with other cats. She lives in a foster home with multiple cats now and does well. She plays with some, avoids the cranky ones, and is always the good kitty!

Good with kids? Not Tested

Energy level: Medium, with average adult cat energy, but she loves to cruise around and explore her home. Fairen loves to play with kitty toys, like small mice and balls, as well as non-kitty toys like the door stop! She is great at entertaining herself but will also chase a wand toy, and enjoys watching nature out of her window.

Medical needs: Fairen has unresolved skin allergies that make her feel very itchy, although her pretty coat of fur looks fine! Her skin condition may be due to food allergies or other something environmental, and is still under investigation. She is currently on a prescription diet to minimize developing reactions to her food. Her adopter will need to follow up with their family veterinarian and be prepared to manage Fairen’s allergies long term.

Animal Characteristics: Fairen is a very affectionate, friendly, sweet kitty who loves her trusted people! She loves being pet, loves being on your lap, will climb up your chest to give you head boops, and is generally the cutest little shadow! She wants to be around you all the time, will follow you from room to room, and is adorably companionable. She likes to be picked up, cuddled and kissed. Beautiful Fairen was rescued from living in an outdoor colony and is absolutely loving the good life indoors! She is a clean lady and appreciates a very tidy litter box with tall sides. Fairen is a special, lovely girl who is ready for her happy forever home!
